OWNER | OPERATIONS MANAGER

Amanda is the driving force behind Ding Dong Housekeeping, leading our team with a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence. 

As our fearless leader, she oversees major industrial operations, including managing our DDH Mining Division and staff, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard - always.

Amanda has built a team of hardworking "misfits" from all walks of life, creating opportunities for people to grow and succeed. Her belief in people and commitment to the community, along with her dedication to helping others, has helped shape Ding Dong Housekeeping into the thriving company it is today.

OFFICE | ADMINISTRATION MANAGER 

Lacey is the queen of paperwork and the keeper of all things administrative. She keeps the business organized and running smoothly, taking care of the team, so that the team can focus on providing only exceptional service. 

Supporting both our Mining and Local crews from behind the scenes, she handles everything from payroll and invoicing, onboarding new team members and answering the many questions and calls that come through the office each day. If you're applying to join the Ding Dong family, there's a good chance Lacey will be one of the first people you meet.

FIELD | RESIDENTIAL CREW MANAGER 

 Samantha is the wizard who keeps our team, clients, and operations connected. Whether she's assisting clients, preparing quotes, coordinating schedules, supporting crews in the field, or tackling the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep our business running, she does it all with professionalism and care. Her hard work, both on the front lines and behind the scenes, helps ensure every client receives the exceptional service Ding Dong Housekeeping is known for.
